WARRANTY
In plain English, all our repairs
and sales come with a one year warranty. Also, for repairs, our warranty covers
any problem, not just the one we repaired for you. Of course, our warranty is
limited to normal wear and tear and doesn't cover such things as abuse, dirt,
liquid spill, power surges, etc.
Now for the longer, legal version:
This warranty is provided by QPTT
(hereafter referred to us "we" and "us")
exclusively to its customers with whom it deals directly; it is not transferable
to any other party. By having us repair your equipment or buying equipment from
us, you agree to the terms
of this warranty.
We will repair --- at no charge ---
any* problem your equipment exhibits
for one year from date of repair or sale. We will make all necessary adjustments, repairs or replacements to the equipment or
any part thereof within the warranty period at no charge to you for parts or
labor.
*This warranty shall be void if equipment is
damaged or rendered unusable by reasons including, but not limited to, misuse,
abuse, excessive use or dirt, improper installation or operation, power surge or
failure, or any other peril, natural or manmade. Further, this warranty shall be
null and void if the warranty sticker has been removed, punctured or otherwise
tampered with in any way, or if subsequent repairs or alterations have not been
performed by us. Warranty is suspended if
customer is in arrears for outstanding invoices and fees, and is permanently
void if we have to turn customer over to collections or file suit for any
invoice.
This warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular product. Your exclusive
remedy for any breach of this warranty is for us to repair or replace, at
our option, any equipment or component parts at our expense. .
Neither we nor our affiliates,
owners or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or
consequential damages or costs, including the loss of profits or sales,
sustained or incurred in connection with its products or services. We will pay
for shipping your under warranty unit back to you by UPS ground only. Any costs
for inbound shipping or upgraded return shipping to you must be borne by you.
