STANDARD TURNAROUND
In-house turnaround runs
about ten business days. We cannot guarantee 10 days due to the unpredictable
nature of incoming orders.
If
you want expedited return shipping, you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print
on your packing list. This includes rush orders and orders that you send to us
with expedited shipping.
5-DAY RUSH SERVICE
Before sending us an item for rush repair, contact us first to confirm that
rush service is available for your model of equipment.
For 5 day rush , there is a flat 15% upcharge, no
minimum. Be sure to indicate "5 DAY RUSH" on your packing list AND on the
shipping label in big print.
If you want expedited return shipping,
you MUST indicate so in BIG BOLD print on your packing list. This
includes rush orders and orders that you send to us with expedited shipping.
Please note that the upcharge covers our
putting your unit to the head of the production schedule immediately upon
receipt;. You will be charged regardless of whether your unit is reparable
within five business days or reparable at all. If we are unable to get your unit
to fail, we will contact you and offer you a choice: have us return the unit to
you as a "refurbish only" or "test only", or have us to continue running your
unit until it does fail and we are able to repair it. In either case, you will
still be charged the rush upcharge for pushing your order to the head of the
production schedule. This is particularly applicable to intermittent problems.
As a result, we do not refund shipping charges or rush upcharges on
warranty returns.
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT
If you cannot do without
your equipment for the time it takes to repair and if we have a replacement in
stock, we can sell you a replacement and give you a credit for your defective
repairable return.
