HOW DO I SHIP YOU MY PHONE EQUIPMENT?
1. Please tag each phone or piece of equipment
with a note describing the symptoms it's exhibiting. If you don't know or
can't remember, NOT A PROBLEM... send it to us anyway. If the symptoms are
delayed or intermittent, it's really helpful to the tech if you could note that,
too.
2. Box your phone equipment and ship or mail it to

Be sure to toss in a packing list of
some kind... handwritten is OK... telling us who you are, your address, phone
and email. And be sure to include the
model number, description and quantity of what you're sending us so that we may
notify you of any discrepancies.
3. We don't automatically acknowledge receipt of
your equipment, but if you want to make sure we got it just email or phone us.
Otherwise, the only time you'll hear from us is when we call to let you know
your equipment is repaired and ready to ship back to you and to get your credit
card number.
