HOW MUCH WILL RETURN SHIPPING COST?
We use FedEx for shipping within the lower
48 states and U.S.P.S. for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and Canada. Sorry, we
do not ship anywhere else.
Costs for returning your repaired equipment
back to you are in the chart below. For equipment purchases, we charge
standard FedEx charges plus insurance.*

If you're located in the lower 48

We ship FedEx ground and your shipping charges will be
$8.00 for the first phone or card, $2.00 each add'l item, plus
insurance*All other items (e.g., control
units, KSUs, power supplies, etc.) we charge you standard FedEx
rates plus insurance. |

We ship FedEx ground and your shipping charges will be:
Actual FedEx charge, plus insurance* |

If you're located in a U.S. territory or Canada: |
We ship US Priority mail and your shipping charges will be:
Actual US mail, plus insurance |
* For your protection, we insure your
equipment at replacement cost, not the repair cost. This is a nominal
charge. By way of example, insurance on a phone valued at $300.00 and
shipped via FedEx is $2.10.
DISCREPANCIES &
SHIPPING DAMAGE / LOSS
Discrepancies and damage
must be reported to us within three days of receipt.
If your shipment is damaged, contact us immediately and save all
packaging. Acceptance of the shipment
by FedEx is acknowledgment that the articles delivered to them are in good
condition and properly packed by us. FedEx / USPS are responsible for losses and
damage. Our shipping terms are FOB-OUR PLANT, which means that you legally take possession
of the shipment when we give it to the FedEx driver or USPS mail clerk, who is your agent.

FedEx or the USPS denies your claim.
