  WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU SELL?

We sell everything we repair... over 30 brands of telephones, cards, KSUs, power supplies etc. (as available). Everything we sell has been carefully reconditioned and comes with a one year warranty. It's like buying a brand new piece of equipment but at a fraction of the price!

We also sell handsets and cords, but please note that there is a minimum order of $25.00.

 

  HOW DO I GET A PRICE QUOTE?

You must use our inquiry form to get a purchase price. Sorry, we do not give sales prices over the phone.

 

  HOW DO I ORDER?

We take all sales orders by phone. Please have your credit card and our quote on hand.

  WHAT ABOUT RETURNS / REFUNDS?

Return requests must be authorized by us in writing and, when authorized, carry a minimum restock fee of $25 or 20%, whichever is greater, and are for credit use against future equipment purchases only. We do not accept returns after 14 days from sales order date. This is not a guarantee that we will accept a return. We may require a higher restock fee depending on the type of equipment and the length of time it has been in use.

This applies to all reasons for return / refund requests including, but not limited to: ordered wrong item, item did not fix problem, item failed. With respect to product failures (purchases and repairs), note that our warranty specifies that your exclusive remedy for failed equipment is for us to repair or replace,, at our option, any equipment or component parts that fail. If we are unable to repair or replace the defective unit, we will refund your money. However, if you do not give us an opportunity to repair or replace it, we may not authorize a return and refund, or we may charge a higher restock fee.
